Okay, I guess I just needed to calm down & listen to the walkthrough, because he was much easier to beat the second time around. I guess I should've kept a more level head. Plus, apparently he can only use that one attack I complained about when he's a thunder elemental or something, because he never used it.
Why would you take something this powerful & make him only the second boss in the game? Forgetting the annoying rock bits or the confusing elemental shifts, because those are probably things I could adjust to given enough attempts, it has a melee attack (3rd button from the top on the right) that does enough damage in one hit to wipe out my spellcaster even if she's at maximum health! How is that fair?
Sorry, it's just that I'm having flashbacks to that stone guardian boss from EBF 3. I was never able to beat him, & I'm afraid history might repeat itself here.
