I agree with some of the others about naming it Rafflesia. That large red flower on its head looks a lot like the Rafflesia arnoldii, the largest flower in the world with a diameter of 3 feet. In fact, if it had more pronounced white spots and had a hole in the middle instead of those...I want to say stems but I don't really know plant terminology that well...it would look just like it (as well as look like Vileplume, which was based on said flower). The name really would fit.
Or you could try a combination of it's nickname, which is either "corpse flower" or the name I heard when I first learned about it, "stinking corpse lily".
Also, "drenched" might be a better name for the status.
I think it's a great name. Especially Foul suits it well. I would rather encourage you to take courage in the current name than making a new one up. A rational alternate name in comparison would maybe be like "Foul Vegetazion", "Blooming Horror", "Insidious Harshleaf", or "Foliage Mutant Ninja Quirky" - but I wouldn't grade those as "better". Foul Creeper is quite high grade
